Visa-Debit, Anyone successful setting it up?

Good morning community,
My bank recently came out with a Visa-Debit card and was wondering if anyone had success setting a VISA-Debit as a payment for their Fizz account. I see question about it in the past but no one actually said if anything worked.
On my side I keep getting a message saying it cannot be completed. My name and my address matches with my bank information, the card is activated and it is not an international bank card.
If you were successful, can you tell me if you did anything specific to make it work.

Hi Alex
Your Canadian Visa-Debit should be accepted by Fizz. If you have tried it with your full name and address exactly as spelled on your bank statement, then you will have to follow-up with support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.14 -

I have contacted the Fizz chat, which told me to contact my bank to have them authorize this payment to go through.
I called my bank, they told me nothing is wrong with my card and they ''refresh'' the card but I am still getting an error message. The bank said they would investigate the issue as the don't see anything preventing the payment to be processed. So the waiting game begin.11 -
Alex just in case did you change the browser before changing your credit card?

Yes, I followed those steps to update my payment information. I did try in different browsers as well as in incognito mode to be safe. When I call my bank they did mention they do see a token from fizz (a zero dollar payment attempt) to validate the card. So it seem to be on the Fizz side the issue, that's why I also got Fizz to log a trouble ticket to hopefully have this resolve.
Please keep me updated if it works for you. If your bank recently change to Visa-Debit, then it should be the exact one as mine (Card just started to arrive in customers hands this week)

Alex I just tried...no success...the page is downloading again and again. But my card is not used yet...maybe the problem...? I can’t do more now with this card. Sorry.6

Spoke to my bank again today regarding the VISA DEBIT and I have been told that because its a new product, some merchant (such as Fizz and more) doesn't recognize this new product just yet and that is why it's not working.
I will close this question for now, but thank you all for helping5
