Why can’t I find the chat help?

I have followed the steps on the website for the chat help to appear and it still won’t. Why is it so difficult to speak to someone?

log-in to your account and go to this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account

the green bubble should appear in the bottom right.

Here we are users but sometimes we can help too.

For chat with the support from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
