I have the visual voicemail interface re appearring from my previous supplier. How can I remove it?

Voicemail was working fine on my iphone. Since the last IOS upgrade, I get the visual voicemail interface I had with my previous supplier. How can I get rid of it ?

Hello Isfiring,
You can try doing the number reprogramming for the voicemail to hopefully get the Visual Voicemail interface removed.

Here how to Program Voicemail Retrieval Number :

- Click the Phone icon.
- Choose Keypad.
- Input *5005*86*15146470999#.
- Press Call to program the number.

The screen would flash a split second and the programmation should be done. It should also help with the visual voicemail.

Thank you! That seems to ensure we call the appropriate voicemail number but the Visual voicemail interface is still present. Which is what I want to get rid of as it does not work.
Also an interesting command to validate the number the voicemail goes is: *#61#
Not sure where to look now,

I had the same problem on my wife's phone. Apple told me this is set by carrier, but Fizz never knew how to fix it! Ended up using a free app for voicemail.
