you need to contact the support, they will validate the address to see if it is a residential one and if the error is in their DB they will correct it.
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-subscribe-to-fizz-home-internet
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.11 -

Log into your Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours.14 -

Please, contact the Fizz customer service by chat about the problem you are experiencing with your residential adress.
Maybe, there is a problem in their database about your adress.

Hi Arash
If your apartment building is already wired for Videotron cable or if another tenant is using Videotron internet, then you should be eligible for Fizz home internet.
You can also confirm with your landlord which internet you can use in your building. If it's Videotron cable internet using coaxial cables, then you should be good to go.
