I Had a referral code to enter when i signed up minutes ago and it proceded with the next page without logging the ref code. I want to either enter the code for the referal or cancel the subscription. please advise.

Hi will try to contact the support to see if they can enter for you.
Otherwise you need to cancel the appointment

1- Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
2- Click on Appointments.
3- Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
4- Scroll to the appointment you wish to modify.
5- click on Cancel.
6- On the next screen, confirm that you wish to cancel this appointment by clicking Cancel again.
Beware your refund will take some time
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca

The referral code is to be added at the very end of the payment of your order. Did you go that far ?
If not, you have to enter your code and then confirm by clicking on to green box to its right.
Otherwise, you can reach Fizz support to see how they can help.

Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
