Hi,
I have unlimited voicemail in my plan **** an I receive all the time the voicemail after 7 days from the date of sent. It is very strange. Please let me know what need to be done to get immediately the voicemail....

please contact the support in order to let them cancel your personal data, this is a public forum
If you have a signal you should be able to receive the message in time, I do not have any problem with that, contact the support, since your problem is very strange.
here's how to contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-can-I-access-and-use-my-voicemail
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.8
