can I use a referral code to home internet after I order one?
I ordered home internet yesterday and I forgot to use my referral code for my order, can I use it now?

non the referral code must be used during the order

The referral code can be used only to your first plan to your account.

If a person forgets to enter the referral code when subscribing, they’re unfortunately out of luck. We cannot retroactively apply a referral code.

You need to apply a referral bonus when you order a new service (plan) to Fizz.
It's too late.

sadly no. you could always try to ask a fizz representative though. maybe one will be nice to you.

The referral code has to be used when placing your order.
I do not know if it would work if you were to cancel and order again ? You would then lose your installation date though.

As the others said, you missed your chance. The referral code had to be used upon ordering your internet service.

But, it never hurt's to try to contact Fizz and see if something can be done. Here is how you can reach them :
First log into your Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
The chat service is available every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. EST. The chat bubble won’t appear outside of these business hours.

No, you can't, nor Fizz can help you. The system take it only when subscription is done and it can't be override. Also, you can't refer yourself but if you have a code from somebody else, you may use it only once per account. If you never use a code, you can use one on your next subscription.
