how to changer payment method

hello,I have added visa in my payment method,and i want to delete mastercard,but I can't delete it.thanks

Hi Xinxin
You also have to update each of your plans to link/associate to your Visa. Once there are no plans associated to your Mastercard, you can then delete it.
Here are the full instructions to update a payment method, and associate it to your plans:
1. In your Fizz account, go to My Profile
2. Click on Payment methods.
3. Click on Add a new payment method to add your new payment method.
4. Now make your way to My plans.
5. For each of your plans, click on Manage plan/Payment method, and associate your new payment method.
6. Then, select the payment method you no longer want to us, and click on Delete.

If any problem, you can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open any of the above FAQ help links.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.12 -

If you have already added your new payment method into your Fizz account;
then, you need to associate it to all of your Fizz plans (if you have more than 1 plan).
Log to your Fizz account.
Click on: My plan, click on: Manage my plan
Click on: Payment method
Click on: Manage Plan/Payment method and associate your new payment method.
After it, return to your account and click on: My profile
Click on: Payment method
and delete the older credit card.6 -
Hi Xinxin,
As MichelP instructed, to delete mastercard, you have to return to My profile, Payment method, there you should be able to delete the MC card.
If needed, to contact Fizz log into your Fizz account.
Make your way to the Solution Hub.
On the help page pertaining to your issue, click on the chat bubble located in the lower right-hand corner.
