How can I move my router?

I have a second coaxial wall plug in my appartement and would like to move the wifi router to this location. I've already tried just plugging it there didn't work. Do I need to take an appointment with a technician?

    Contact the support, since I believe that you must pay to move an existing coaxial cable.

    You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
