try to reboot your phone
Verify your APN, probably your phone was a Vidéotron one, then you still have Vidéotron APN which is working in Quebec but not in Fizz Ext

If this does not help, you must contact the support.
You can contact Fizz's support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.9 -

You can also try enabling airplane mode on your phone for 2 minutes.
Also make sure to have your mobile data settings on your phone set to automatic network.
You can also try changing your phone setting to use 3G network instead of LTE.8 -

If you are still having issues, you can also try to manually search for the network in your device, or automatically look for one if it was already set to manual.

Hi. First, check here https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-are-fizz-network-settings-apn if you have good setting for data. Also, if you are using roaming more than 3 month the data are banned.8
