Why my latest receipt in my account without the HST?

Was your plan paid for using your referral credit? In this case, you did not have to pay any taxes.

Otherwise if there is a problem with your bill, free feel to contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-update-my-payment-method-or-credit-card-information
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

When your monthly bill is paid with a referral bonus, there are no taxes included. See it as an additional rebate.

When you pay with the referral the taxes must be there, with the total of 0$ but the line is there

As others said, your monthly bill was probably paid with money in your referral bonuses, so no taxes.

It's normal if your invoice has been paid with the referral bonus you have accumulated in your account.

Good morning Rania,
As far as I know FIZZ is a Quebec based company and the harmonized sales tax (HST) is not something used in Quebec. In Quebec there is two taxes, the Good and Service Tax(GST) and Quebec Sales Tax (QST) totalling 14.975% together

I believe this is why you do not see the HST.

Hi. HST is for Ontario, in Quebec we have GST and PST.
