Was already installed ? I believe that you are waiting for the installation.
If you are waiting the installation, you need to cancel the appointment and wait for the refund.
If you want to cancel because you want a different speed, contact the support to try change the speed without cancel the installation.
If it was installed contact the support or try with a computer browser
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-unsubscribe-from-fizz-home-internet
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
Your can also send a message via facebook messanger https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower)12 -
