Is my plan pre-paid or post-paid, because I see already the charges on my credit card!?

I have 2 Plans. On the 1st day after activation, I already see the charges once my Payment Cycle is: 2020-10-28 - 2020-11-27

How come guys?

André, Fizz is a prepaid service. You'll pay at the beginning of every month. For internet, if you cancel mid-month you'll be reimbursed prorata of the time you haven't used.

Same thing happened for me. Fizz is pre-paid. At least whenever you cancel you probably won't owe any money since you prepaid

As others mention, Fizz is prepaid service.

You pay for your first month when you register/activate your service. And the next payment is due one month following the activation of your service (or installation date in the case of home internet).
