Why don't they deliver in my area?

I am in Fort McMurray and was hoping to join Fizz but they offer coverage in my area but no delivery service. What other options do I have to choose from?

Hi
if you are not considered as a subscription area, you cannot do anything.
This means the Fizz does not cover your area with the signal therefore you will be in roaming all the time.6 -
Hi Breanna
You have to live within the subscription area (Quebec or great Ottawa area) in order to subscribe to Fizz.
"The majority of your usage (calls, texts and data) must be done on the Fizz network (Subscription area)." More is explained here: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/partner-networks
Fizz is not a Canada-wide provider. It is Quebec-based owned by Quebecor. So if you live in Fort McMurray, unfortunately you cannot use Fizz. If you are just visiting and will be returning home to Quebec, then sure you can subscribe.6 -
Breanan,
Sorry,
Fizz is not a Canada-wide Provider like Bell, Rogers, Telus, etc....
To be able to suscribe to Fizz mobile service, you must live in the green suscription area of Fizz
(most of the territory of the province of Quebec and in Ottawa).

Hello Breanna,
Unfortunately FIZZ is a provincial provider and only available in Quebec. I believe in Alberta you do have provincial provider at a lower cost, than the big three, you might want to look into that.
Have a good day2 -
