I am giving you 48 hours to fix my issue with the credit card. After this I am switching providers. I had to use someone else's credit card which is aboslutely apalling. Your turn Videotron!!!

    I already did and they escalated it to their technical department. I am amazed at lack of technical capacities of this company.

    Continue to stay in contact with their technical team and be patient.
    This problem with your credit card i hope will be resolved soon.
