Here we are users, you must contact the support to solve the payment problem
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.9 -

Sorry you are not the only one. Fizz seems to be having a technical issue with some credit cards.
If you've managed to make a payment today, you're good until next month.
I have several other cards in case of situations like this.
Maybe you already have another card that Fizz will accept.
You can use a Visa or MasterCard credit card to pay for your Fizz plans.
- including Visa or MasterCard prepaid cards which accept recurring payments
- including also Debit MasterCard or Visa Debit card

Fizz will accept these prepaid cards as well:
- https://www.theperfectgift.ca which is available at Shopper's Drug Mart / Pharmaprix.
- https://www.koho.ca/8 -
Fizzy did you already tried this prepaid card with Fizz https://www.theperfectgift.ca/? I would be interested.
EDITED there is some fees to use it...not interested anymore8 -

Lieux, I have not used it, but I read about it in another post.
I am interested to use Koho though, which seems to be free (with option for paid upgrade).
Note: My understanding is that Vanilla prepaid cards will not work for Fizz.8 -
Fizzy I tried Koho. It’s ok but not helpful for my needs. No fees exactly. And you can transfer money from your bank account to your Koho account.8
