You must contact the support in order to delete your number
You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM everyday:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.6 -

Isaac, you're statement lacks a bit by of detail. Did you change your credit card because the previous was expired? If so, you need to make a manual payment:
- log in to the plan to be paid
- go to payments
- Enter the new credit card and click on manual payment.
You must do this for all the services you detain.7 -
Hi Isaac
If the payment didn't go through and your service has been suspended, you will have to make a manual payment. On your account, go to My plans >> Manage plan >> Payment method. If you see the button "Make payment now", click on it to make manual payment and your service will be restored within 2 hours.
If your payment method needs to be updated first, here are the steps to update it. Also you must associate it to each of your plans :
1. In your Fizz account, go to My Profile
2. Click on Payment methods.
3. Click on Add a new payment method to add your new payment method.
4. Now make your way to My plans.
5. For each of your plans, click on Manage plan/Payment method, and associate your new payment method.
6. Then, select the payment method you no longer want to us, and click on Delete.
