where i go to pay by myself?

I need to add money on my card every month i now my payments doesnt pass becasuse i had no money in my card but now i had it and i wanna go pay it where did i go?

    When you're ready to make a manual payment:
    Go to manage your plan on your account, then click on your payment method. If you see the "Make payment now" button, click to make a manual payment and your service will be restored within 2 hours.

    In case of a problem, you can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
    1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
    2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
    3- Open a Fizz help page like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
    4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

    Nicolas you need to go in your Fizz account and try to pay your month to make the payment manually for your mobile plan, by going to My Plans >>Payment methods >>Make my monthly payment. Once your payment has been received and confirmed by Fizz (please allow a delay of up to two hours), your plan will be reactivated. https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-fix-payment-issue
    But if it’s not possible reach Fizz directly and they will help you to do it. Chat with Fizz.
    To chat without problem:
    First, connect you to your fizz account.
    Then contact them at: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
    Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
    When you see it, click on it.

    Nicolas, if you've just changed your credit card on file, make sure you apply it to all your services if this is the case (telephone+internet). If you only change it for one the other will not be paid on the payment schedule. To do this you'll need to go to follow the steps outlined in the other users post for the other service.

    You need to have into your Fizz account a rechargeable prepaid credit card with your adress.
