If you're looking for a definitive answer, you'll have to do the research yourself. If you're looking for an opinion, I'd say it is unless you obtain a loyalty bonus from your existing provider. If you count the monthly bonuses and the referral bonuses, it's the lowest.14

There is a lot of data gift and you have the option to share data thru user12

Hi Gabriel
As you may already know, Fizz mobile plans can be customized to fit your needs.
The current price for 4 GB plan can vary with Fizz
- $25 for Quebec data plan only.
- $39 with unlimited calls, texting and voicemail, with Canada coverage.
.
And if you find that you aren't using all your data every month, you will benefit with having data rollover and free data upgrades with Fizz. So later, you will be switch to a lower priced plan and still have your 4 GB each month.
If anyone wants to know more about Fizz rewards: https://fizz.ca/en/rollover
https://fizz.ca/en/rewards-program
This is also a good time to join Fizz as they are giving bonus credit to new customers (promo until November 18th).
If you need a referral code, there is a list here:

You can choose mine or use the code of someone who has helped you.
To be transparent, both parties will receive the bonus credit once you have paid your second bill.10 -
YES, according to PlanHub.ca, yes, Fizz is the cheapest 4Go BYOD.10

Yes! they are.7

The data rollover benefit makes it, to my point of view, one of the best and cheapest option on the market. I usually travel a lot for work, so I'm not sure I'll be able to stay longterm with FIZZ since you cannot spend more then three months away from their Network. To me, it's the only downside.. Besides that, I would definitely recommend switching to FIZZ !8

Freedom Mobile offers much better value though you need to look at the details on their mobile data speeds if you often travel outside their major coverage areas.8

No, IMO Fizz with all the options, rolling and gifting is the cheapest.14

Gabriel, considering the rollover of not used data, the gift, the bonus, the possibility to share data, Fizz is really amazing9

Like redhead said Planhub.ca is a good ressource to check.7

You should compare according to your needs and if you care for different perks each low cost mobile operator has to offer.

Use planhub, but fizz gives more than a price, rollover for un used data, give your unused data, bonus and gifts. Those are not reflected by the monthly price, but are gamechanchers5

Gabriel,
Yes, it is.
Think of the roll-over of your unused data for 60 more days, maybe you will need less of 4 Go monthly.2
