How can I change my first name in my account?

Roham, if you can't change it directly on your profile you'll have to contact the Fizz customer support by clicking on the green chat bubble or through Facebook Messenger.

Roham the only possibility is to reach fizz directly... Chat with Fizz.
To chat without problem:
First, connect you to your fizz account.
Then contact them at: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz

You should be able to change it right on your account.

My Profile >> Information >> Name

Type in your first name and then click on the green Save Changes button.
