Slow service ? Activation is pending for more than 48 hours
Hi
I don't know if there are system bugs nor is jammed somewhere but its been 48 hours that I haven't access to my old provider account neither with fizz. How is that possible? I have tried many times to insert new SIM and Old one to get on activation page, but it is useless nothing happens: No network connection. Activation service is very slow...but on my side, what can I do to fix it?

If you already activated your plan, try inserting the Fizz SIM and restarting your phone.
If the activation is complete, you should be able to make outgoing calls and texts.
Is your phone compatible with Fizz network? https://fizz.ca/en/faq/compatible-devices
Can you try the SIM card on another phone to see if it works?
Also your old provider SIM will remain active until the transfer is complete. Once the transfer is done, your old provider account will cose automatically9
