Intrenet not working

Dallas, try first of all to restart it by unplugging and replugging it 1-2 minutes later. Also, verify if it's the wifi portion by plugging an ethernet cable from they modem directly to a device. If these don't hear too results contact customer support between 8am and 9pm by logging into your account and clicking on the green chat bubble or through Facebook Messenger.

Hi. Can you be more specific? What part of modem not working?
yeah I did that still not working , I even plugged my lan wire from my ps4 to the modem and still not working
