How can I connect my HP printer to Fizz wifi?

I can't connect my HP printer to Fizz wifi, even I have changed the setting to disable as comments Band Steering in 5G, and disable ATF in both 2.4 and 5G, please help, thanks

Sorry for you Chun but I had the same problem with a HP printer and I have decided to use the cable to use it instead the wifi.
You can reach fizz Chat with Fizz.
To chat without problem:
First, connect you to your fizz account.
Then contact them at: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
Wait a few seconds to see the green chat bubble down to the right of the page.
When you see it, click on it.
Your chat session begins with Fizz
Please, desactivate the ad blocker on your browser.

Chun, does the printer manufacturer propose ways of troubleshooting this step in the setup process? If so, maybe they have insight on this issue

Mine needs an USB cable and the HP software to set the WiFi Parameters.

Hi. Try on cable. Printers on wifi works, but is more reliable on cable.
