Fizz is 100% online. You can Live chat with Fizz support from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on one of the help links from the Solution Hub, like this one: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.8 -
Alexandre, the community can probably help you with a question. If you think we can't and really need to talk to customer service, follow Fizzy's directives. You can also reach them on Facebook Messenger on their Facebook page.8

All is online with Fizz. You could try their online chat system by clicking it tapping in the green bubble after searching your issue in the solution hub or chat to them in Facebook. They are pretty responsive, but I do not know their working hours during the weekends.7

Live Chat with Fizz support is available every day of the week from 8 AM to 9 PM.
I have even seen availability of the green chat bubble outside of the posted service hours.5 -

Hi there, I would definitely contact support, they should be able to help with this. There are 3 ways to do so:
CHAT
Go to this page (any article will do) https://fizz.ca/en/faq/what-payment-methods-can-i-use
Log in if you're not already.
The business hours are every day from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (EST).
Wait 5 seconds for the bubble icon to appear at the bottom right of the browser and click on the icon to chat with support. Try a different browser if you have issues getting the bubble to appear.
If the chat bubble does not appear, this means that the number of sessions waiting for answers surpasses their processing capacity. If that happens, send them a private message via Facebook Messenger or Twitter.
FACEBOOK
You can also send a message via facebook messanger https://facebook.com/fizzca and click send a message (this is a bit slower but they'll get back to you for sure)
CONTACT FORM
You can also fill out a contact form from your account. Once logged in, from the account panel go to My Profile → Contact Form (the subjects are limited but just choose the closest to your issue) and fill out the form and someone will email you back at most the next day.

The only way to get directly information about Fizz's plan, you need to chat with the Fizz customer service.
First, log to your Fizz account.
