How to set up an account?

I am not a Fizz member yet, but quite interested in setting up an Internet account with Fizz. I would like to know how long it takes to get the modem to me.

Lieux has given you good info. I believe the waiting period for installation is 1 to 2 weeks at the moment, depending on your location. On the appointment day of the installation, the technician will bring the modem to you and ensure the cables going into your home are working well.

This is also a good time to join Fizz as they are giving $40 bonus credit to new customers (until November 18th).
