Do I have to start another chat or is replying to the email enough?

I had an issue that I spoke with a representative about on chat. They couldn't solve the issue so made a ticket, and I received an answer by email. I was just curious if I can reply to that email from [email protected] or if I have to start another chat to continue the conversation. Thank you!
