How does the Fizz modem connect to the internet? Does it work through a SIM card?

Fizz offers 2 services at the moment
1. Mobile plans which require a Fizz SIM card
2. Home internet via the Hitron modem which use the cable technology (same network as Videotron).

I had Videotron before. Fizz modem is connected at the same place, same cable, as Videotron.

Hi Martin. Fizz modem is connected to the network by coaxial cable. The cable goes in Videotron Network. Fizz is a subsidiary of Videotron, and they use the same infrastructure.

Fizz residential internet is working on the câble network of Videotron. The modem is connected to the coaxial câble.
