Hi Xunbo
It really depends on why your plan is $5 cheaper than the list price.
If the reason you are paying cheaper is due to rewards (like the discount offered by upgrades), then yes these are applicable to any plan and will be carried over even when you change your plan.
If the reason you are paying cheaper is because that was the price of your plan when you signed up, then unfortunately no. If you make any plan changes, you always pay the current price.7 -
xunbo, if you change plan, you will keep your rewards but you will pay the now listed plan price. This is a dilemma I have as well. If you participate on this forum to obtain points for more rewards (level 4 unlocks an additional 2$ rebate to bring it to max 4$ off your plan price) you'll lower the price of your new plan.7

xunbo,
Unfortunately not, you will pay the actual price for this plan.6 -
Hello, as mentionned is your rebate coming from rewards, yes you can update and you will still have your rebate. If it's coming from beta tester price, forget your rebate.5

Nope, you've grandfathered your existing plan at that price. Any changes to your plan and you lose that price.
Even if you change once, the. Come back to the same plan a month later, your grandfathered plan will not be available.3
