unknown numbers missed calls?

Unknown numbers go straight to voicemail. How can I fix it so I can have to option to answer some of them?

Marcelo, this feature can be solved directly in your phone's settings and is independant of Fizz. Your phone is probably set to block unknown callers. For iPhone, go to:
- Settings
- Phone
- Toggle the Silence Unknown Callers entry
For Android open your phone app
- Settings
- Block numbers
- Toggle Block unknown callers

This is something that is part of your phone settings. Depending if you have an Android or an iPhone you can unblock this call forwarding of unknown numbers by doing as followed :

On an iPhone :
Open the Settings app.
Select Phone.
Toggle Silence Unknown Callers to on.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Android
Open your Phone app .
Tap More .
Tap Settings. Blocked numbers.
Next to the number you want to unblock, tap Clear. Unblock.
