How to add a friend and giving data to him?

On "manage contacts" page, I don't have any options to add new friend... How it work?

Hi Sergiy

You can try the other way. Go to your mobile plan and click on Gift data.
Choose to gift a new friend and enter your friend's number or email.

Hope your friend enjoys the gift!

Thanks @Fizzy, It works to give data but it doesn't add this person to my friends.

Hi Sergiy, once you send the gift, the screen will usually ask if you want to add this new person as a friend contact.

I have this text on the screen after giving data:
"Success!
Your gift has been sent
Do you want to add 514******** to your contact list?" but there no button to add user!!!

The path is Profile => Manage contacts. Then you type your friend's number in the box and click on Find.
You'll be able to add a friend only if his privacy is set to Full experience. I suppose that your friend's privacy is set to Private membership so he can receive data but cannot be added as a contact.

Sorry Sergiy,
If you friend's privacy is not set on full experience, you will not be able to add him as a contact.
Maybe he does not know this and he could change his set up.

Note that you can't give data if it's from a perk

Hi Sergiy,
On a PC login to Fizz, goto manage contacts, write phone number or email address (registered with Fizz) and click the search button. If found, will be a new line with a name, and in its right "+Add", see my picture. Click on +Add and that's all.
However if your friend have not let settings of privacy to "Full experience", you cant add him.

Go to your Fizz account.
Click on: my Plan (mobile)
Click on: the icon: Gift
You can enter the email adress of your friend or his phone number.
Be sure that you and your friend has choosen on your profile:
Privacy: The full experience
