Can I reinstall my modem to another apartment in the same building ?

Hi, I'm moving in a new apartment in the same building next week, is it possible for me to do the installation myself? I'm already a client. I see next appointments are at the end of octobre and i'm working remotely, I can't stay so long without any wifi at home. Thank you.

On moving day, you will need to unplug the modem and bring it with you.
If the new apartment already has cable internet, you will likely be able to use your Fizz modem right away. In this case, you should contact Fizz support to confirm the status of your plan during the transition.

You can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
