Hi Jooeun
Yes you can transfer your mobile number. Please read the Fizz help FAQ for complete details:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activation-how-do-i-transfer-my-current-phone-number-to-fizz
You will need to order a SIM card or buy one from a participating Couche-Tard or Coop UQAM nearby. When you are ready, you can go to this link https://fizz.ca/en/mobile
to select and activate your plan. You will need to have your credit card ready.
Also this is a good time to join Fizz as they are giving $40 bonus credit to new customers.
If you need a referral code, there is a list here:
https://community.fizz.ca/questions/2198337-place-referral-codes
You can choose any code.
To be transparent, both parties will receive the bonus credit once you have paid your second bill.10 -
Of course, you can keep your number for most of the other providers.
Just make sure you follow the procedure. Do not cancel your service with your actual provider.
Welcome to Fizz !11 -
Yes. Just choose keep old number when you activate sim card.8

Jooeun,
Yes, you can.
First, order a sim card on the Fizz web site or go the a Depanneur Couche-tard if you are living in the greater area of Mtl to buy one.
When you have it, you can activate it, choose your mobile plan and do the transfert of your telephone number with the previous provider.
See this link:
https://fizz.ca/en/faq/activation-how-do-i-transfer-my-current-phone-number-to-fizz
And dont forget to apply a referral code from a Fizz friend when you activate and see the cost of your mobile plan without the taxes.
You will get a credit of 40$into your account after paying your second payment.
If you dont know someone, you can choose my referral code;

Yes, most of the time, you can keep your number.
The are some exceptions though.
When you transfer your current phone number to Fizz, your line must still be active with your current/previous provider. We will disconnect your old provider during the activation process. To keep your number and transfer it to Fizz, you will need the account number for your current/previous mobile provider (you can find it on your bill). During the activation process, here’s how to keep your current phone number: Click Transfer a number to Fizz. Enter your phone number in the field that opens up below. Use the drop-down to choose your previous provider. Enter your previous provider’s account number or your phone’s IMEI# in the field below. Find your account number on your bill. Dial *#06# on your phone to get your 15-digit IMEI number. Only the IMEI phone number used at your current provider will allow the transfer. If the number is more than 15 digits long, enter only the first 15 digits. Click Next, review your first monthly plan payment and click Submit. A transfer authorization request will then be sent by your current provider to the account holder (probably you) to confirm their wish to transfer this number over to Fizz. This request must be answered by the set deadline. Important to know Only mobile numbers coming from the province of Quebec or the Ottawa region can be transferred. Only numbers from the Fizz subscription area can be transferred to Fizz. If your number starts with an area code outside the subscription area, your number cannot be transferred. It is not possible to transfer an administrative phone number — for example, a number associated with an organization or public institution. It is currently impossible for us to transfer phone numbers that are associated with landlines and VOIP.7 -
Hello Jooeun,
Most of the time, you can keep your number. If not, Fizz will let you know during the activation process.

If you need a reference you may find a referrer list here https://community.fizz.ca/questions/2198337-place-referral-codes. Till 18 Nov you and your referrer will gain a bonus of 40$. Or you may use my code, I do not mind.6
