One bill for multiple accounts?

Our organization currently has 5 accounts for which we receive 5 separate bills at different dates. Can we merge the accounts into a single bill? We would like to add 6 additional phone numbers but only if all 11 (total) accounts can be merged into a single billing account.

Hi Charles
We are users in the community hub. From what I know, there is no combined billing at Fizz. Each plan is billed on the monthly anniversary date.
If you wish to consolidate payments to occur on the same date, you'll need to activate or sync the plans to start on the same date.
I suggest you to contact Fizz support directly with your concerns.
You can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.8 -

If you want to have only 1 Fizz account with 11 mobile plan you will be obliged to resiliate the actual 5 mobile plans.
First, Open a new Fizz account.
Order 4 sim cards (maximum for 1 order) and another 2 sim cards after.
Resiliate the 5 actual mobile plan with Fizz.
When you will have all the sim cards:
Activate them (the sim cards) in the new Fizz account the same day for each mobile plan.7 -
MichelP, It will be difficult to put all the plans on the same account. There is also a limit on the number of SIM cards one can purchase from the same account. Can you actually buy 4 SIM cards, then order more of them from the same account at a later date? If not, buying the SIM cards from nearby Couche-Tard or Coop UQAM would be an option.
For Charles' situation, I suggest to contact Fizz support directly.8 -

You can't order more than 3 SIM at same address, the 4th will be rejected (even month later), but you may buy from Couche tard how many you want.Fizz only can tell if you can have 11 phones on the same user ID. Contact them before you buy SIM cards. You can activate all in the same day.6
