Hi Navid
Here are the steps to update a payment method, and associate it to your plans:
1. In your Fizz account, go to My Profile
2. Click on Payment methods.
3. Click on Add a new payment method to add your new payment method.
4. Now make your way to My plans.
5. For each of your plans, click on Manage plan/Payment method, and associate your new payment method.
6. Then, select the payment method you no longer want to us, and click on Delete.

If any problem, you can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Open any of the above FAQ help links.
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.18 -
I Navid,
I had the same problem.
I also had to add a new card and select it as the one to be used in the future.
I was not able to remove the old one, but everything works fine.18 -
Navid, to remove an old card, you have to be sure that no other Fizz account is using it. I had the same problem, but I realized, that my mobile and my internet was on the same card, need to assign both before been able to remove. Have a nice day14

You must associated your new payment method to each of your Fizz plan before to be able to cancel the old credit card into your account.

Hi Navid
Yes exactly but i have heard of cases where this didnt work. You may need to pay with a new card. If you Have any more issues contact the fizz team and they will gladly help.
