Do you provide a bill with my address on it?

I need to change my sim card provider, purely to produce a proof of address. Unfortunately, some awful beaurcratic entity I am working with won't accept bank statements or tax receipts or salary slips as proof of address. Mobile bills they do accept. So for purely this reason I am looking for a new phone provider. Are you such a provider?

On my contract's plan with Fizz there is my address. I suppose it's as good as a mobile bill.

The monthly mobile bills produced contain your Fizz account number but no other personal info.

To see your name and address, you need to access/print the service agreement (contract) which shows your name and address and your Fizz account number.

Or if you would like to discuss them with Fizz customer service, you can contact support by direct chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

If you want to get a mobile plan with Fizz, you'll be able to print monthly your invoice but on this you will see only your Fizz account, not your adress.
To get the proof to your employer that you have a mobile plan with Fizz;
If you activate a mobile plan, you can print the service agreement of your plan.
Go to your Fizz account.
Click on: My plan (mobile)
Click on: Manage my plan
Click on: Service agreement and print a copy of it.
