I’m trying to checkout but my card is getting declined. I have an American express card?

Sorry you cannot. Here are the accepted cards:

You can use a Visa or MasterCard credit card to pay for your Fizz plans.
- including Visa or MasterCard prepaid cards which accept recurring payments
- including also Debit MasterCard or Visa Debit card
.
Other cards such as debit cards, American Express (Amex), Dinners, and others are not accepted.
Foreign credit/debit cards are also not accepted.
You also cannot use the funds from your Fizz Wallet to pay for your monthly plan.

Yeah I wish I could use my Amex but they only take VISA or Mastercard - if you need a suggestion for a good card let me know. Happy to help.

Sorry Clementine,
Only Visa and Marter Card for now are accepted with Fizz.

Hi Clementine,
Fizz does not accept Amex. You will have to use Master Card or Visa.

Sorry, American express is not accepted by Fizz.
Only, (Canadian) Visa, Mastercard, Visa-debit and pre-paid credit card rechargeable with an adress are accepted by Fizz.
