If your friend already activated, there is nothing that can be done.
Unless one cancels and register with a new account.

In the past, Fizz support has already told customers that they are not authorized to apply referral codes. To confirm, you may contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-invite-friends-to-join-fizz
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Hi. You can do nothing, the system is not flexible, once card activate, is not possible to change or put another referral code.
