Calling Fees?

Hi,
Sometimes I need to call someone and I have money in my wallet but I have no idea how much im being charged for calling if it's not a part of my plan and I don't have an add on.
Hope someone can help!

Rowan it depends if you are in your zone or not Inside your coverage zone
To use Pay As You go for texts, calls or international calls when inside your coverage area:
Go to My Plans in your Fizz account.
If you have more than one plan, scroll to the plan you wish to modify.
Click the Manage button.

Go on your Fizz account

My Plans >> Manage Plan >> Wallet

You will see that calls:
1. Within your coverage area are $0.25 per minute
2. To Canada or USA are $0.30 per minute

There in your account, you can also see your transaction history.

You can also use free apps like Fongo to call anywhere in Canada for free, using wifi or data.

Hi Rowan,
Did you you that an add-on is available for calls for only $3 ?
You get 60 minutes in Québec good for 2 billing cycles. If you buy it on your billing date, it will be good for 60 days.

Rowan, or always depends where you call. When you go to the wallet and add-ons section, you can enter the country you'll call to and see what the fees are.

If you have data with your plan, you could also try Magic Jack to make your calls.
