How do I reschedule if I canceled the installation?

I canceled the installation by clicking on unsubscribe. I want to reschedule. There is not button or option for me to do that??

Did you cancel your installation appointment or did you unsubscribe?
If you cancelled your appointment, you need to wait 24 hours before you can schedule a new appointment.
If you unsubscribed and changed your mind, you may want to contact Fizz support.
You can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Any ad blockers in your browser should be disabled.
3- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-appointment-technician-visit-my-service-address
4- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.10 -
You have to wait 24 hours before you can change or remove or schedule an appointment.12

Because you unsubscribe, you must take all processus of subscription all over again. Possible you will need technical support by Fizz.
