One of my wifis isn't encrypted

I wasn't able to reply the answer. I mean that after a few hours of the installation (around 2pm), one of the wifi's was uncrypted. At first I just saw one, then I saw one that was uncrypted. Why? And how may I encrypted?

You can make the manual adjustment yourself
or you can reset the modem to factory settings (which will probably be easier)

To factory reset, press and hold down the small button behind the modem for 10+ seconds.
