Why my modem isn't locked?

My router was installed today by a technician. At the beginning it was all good, locked. But now I have two wifi and one that isn't locked

What do you mean by locked? Is there a problem? Is it changing channel?

The Fizz modems comes with 2 wifi bands: 2.4 GHz and 5 Ghz
and automatic band steering.

You can adjust your modem settings by logging on to http://192.168.0.1/login.htm
with user: cusadmin and your wifi password
