How do I access my account when the email address is wrong and there is no chat bubble?

I am unable to access my account as the email address was wrong and so my wifi doesn't work as I cannot make any payments

You can contact customer support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM every day:
1- Connect to your Fizz account (if you have more than one, connect to the one that has the problem) by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/how-do-i-manage-my-fizz-account
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.
If you cannot logon to your account, use the account that you are on now and explain your situation to Fizz during the chat.6 -
If the bubble chat is not showing be patient. I try on this page and chat bubble is showing at bottom right
