Technician never came to appointment and never communicate?

Hi, I have an appointment scheduled today for my new modem between 12pm and 5pm, it's 5:50pm and the technician never came and never communicate with me, it's a bit disappointing there is no more information provided by Fizz to resolve this problem... What I am supposed to do now ? Thanks

Sorry this has happened. I know it can be frustrating.
If the technician does not come today, you will be able to reschedule another appointment yourself from the account by going to My Plans >> Manage Plan >> Appointments. Once 24 hours have passed since the appointment was due, the 'Reschedule' button will appear there. You can then choose a new date and time that's best suited for you.

Is sad when you spend all day to wait for a technician that not even give you a call to tell you that he's late or can't come.
You will have to reschedule that to another day, after 24 hours were passed from your appointment. You can do that from your account, My plans.
I suggest also to contact Fizz to report this unpleasant behaviour of that tech; they are available by chat or facebook daily from 8AM to 9PM, including weekends.
