How I could rush an appointment for the modem installation?(you know teletravail) We will move on Saturday and my appointment it will be the next friday..but working from home this could be a serious problem.

Daniele the only solution is to try to have an appointment sooner. You can check every day if a cancellation and change your installation.

To view your Fizz technician appointments:
Log into your account and go to Manage plan.
Click on Appointments.
Here you will be able to see a complete list of all your past and future appointments.
You will also be able to reschedule and cancel future appointments.11 -

Danièle, a solution that has worked in my household is to use your phone as a hotspot and minimize computer activity. It's not optimal but for a week or less it's a good alternative.11

You have no choice but to check as often that you can to see if a cancelation was made or try to see if Fizz can help. Like others suggest, if available, you may use in the meantime a mobile phone with internet for connecting to work. Be careful that on mobile overpass monthly data is usually very expensive, so, you have to limit your usage for only strict necessities.6 -

You need to connect each day into your Fizz internet account and check if there is a cancellation and reschedule a new appointment.
