Why does Voicemail notification show a dot indicating there is a message but there is no message, voicemail is empty?

Try turning off your phone before restarting it.

Lynda sometimes it’s an old message ehich sticks here. Try to restart your phone or empty your voicemail completely.

It's more releated to your phone configuration, I think

Restarting your phone would indeed be the simplest solution and the one most likely to make the faulty notification disappear. Let us know how it goes.
