How do I reach my voicemail while travelling abroad?
Hi,
I am currently in Europe and added funds to my wallet for the pay-as-you-go option. Calls and texts are perfectly outgoing and incoming, however I cannot dial my voicemail the way I am used to when in Canada. Is there an international number or prefix to dial or how else can I access my voicemail?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Anne-Tso
To manually access your mailbox, dial +1-514-647-0999 from abroad, select the language, enter your number and after it is as usual.
Important : You will not be able to make calls while roaming outside your Canada or the United States.
Roaming calls (incoming or outgoing) will be available at a later time. We will update this FAQ when we have a firm date.
In the meantime, you will be able to use data, and send/receive texts when you travel outside your coverage zone. To make and receive calls, you can use messaging apps such as WhatsApp or Messenger.

Anne-Tso, the number is 1-514-647-0999. The one is the country code (Canada 001) and the 514 number is the voicemail number.10

Hi Anne-Tso
As other mention, that is the Fizz number to call to check your voicemail.
I believe you won't be able to call it directly with your Fizz phone. As of today, Fizz calling only works while you are in Canada or USA. You can continue to use pay-as-you-go for texting and mobile data.
For calling, you may download a free VOIP app like TextNow. You will need to use WIFI or mobile data to make calls.
When you call Fizz voicemail number 1-514-647-0999, you will need to select the language, then enter your phone number and voicemail PIN to identify yourself.10 -
