How can I find my address?

My address is not recognized. When I input my postal code it says Fizz is not available in my area. If I enter a neighbor's address everything works fine. What can I do?

Is your address a commercial one? Fizz does not give their service for commercial uses.

3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Maybe your address is considered to be a commercial one.
