Basement Apartment, how can I get Fizz?

So I reaaally want to go with Fizz, but I live in a basement apartment with a unit letter.Is there any way my address can be added to the database?
I have already chatted with Fizz and they said they would look into it...
Any ideas how this will go?

Or are you supposed to go back and try the registration again?

If you don't have news, feel free to contact Fizz support again to ask for an update.

Meanwhile, here's a few times you can check.
You can check on the Videotron site to see if your address can have service. If so, Fizz should be able to install it for you as well.
If you have existing cable outlet in your apartment, this is a good sign.
If others in your building have cable internet, this is a good sign.
