No option to add a new feature?

My new cycle begins today. I have been trying to add international calling starting today . But , it didn’t let me do it so far. It let me add it today, but the offer is valid only next month. Could you please let the offer start from today ?

If you want to add international calls on your mobile plan, this option will be active only the next billing cycle of your plan.

You cannot modify your account the 48 hours before the renewal, this was why you did not have the opportunity to do it.

For this month, the only 2 options available are, add money in your Fizz’s wallet or buy an addon

Using your phone number as your alias in a public forum is not a good idea

Adding International calling to your plan is a good option to get maximum calling time for $5.
However it is considered a plan change and must be done at least 48 hours before your plan renewal.


To use international calling right away, you have 2 choices atm:
- Buy add-on for international calling (example $6 for 60 mins).
- Put money in your wallet and use it as pay-as-you-go. The benefit with this option is that you are free to call anywhere, as this option is not tied to a specific country. But the calling rates are more expensive (example: $0.30 per minute).

Note that unlike the first option, these last 2 choices are one-time purchases and do not automatically renew with your plan. And if needed, they can be purchased again.
