Moving the date of payment

Good afternoon, Can i move the data of month payment ? Can i wiil pay on 15 october? thank you

No you cannot, but here we are users, however, contact the support

You can contact Fizz support by chat, from 8 AM to 9 PM ev eryday:

1- Connect to your Fizz account by clicking « Login » in the top right corner at fizz.ca
2- Click on this link: https://fizz.ca/en/faq/whats-my-rewards-program
3- The green chat bubble should appear after a few seconds in the bottom right corner.

Hi Kristina,

Under normal circumstances, no you cannot do this.

The only way to do that would be to miss a payment or temporarily suspend and resume on the 15th.

Not that I know of. I would contact Fizz, maybe they can do something.

Sorry, you cannot do that.
Your montly payment is always taken by the billing system of Fizz the day before the end of your billing cycle.
