This is a strange issue. Usually for the gifting process, the verification is done before we are permitted to send the data.
Some things to confirm:
1. Between the time you sent the gift and received the error, did your friend make any plan or account changes?
2. Try deleting your friend off your contact list. Were you gifting to your friend's email or phone number? If you are using email, try with phone number instead.
If all checks out and you still get errors, you can always contact Fizz support and ask them to investigate this issue.11 -
